Prior to establishing the firm, Tom Jones worked as a prosecuting attorney and corporate defense counsel. That experience gives him an understanding of the thought processes of opposing counsel as well as strategies they may employ. He knows how to assess a case for its strengths and weaknesses and works toward the most favorable outcome.
Attorney Jeff Rath began working as a criminal investigator and research assistant during his first year in law school. He had already briefed and argued his first case in the Court of Appeals prior to receiving the results of the bar exam. Within months of being licensed he tried his first felony jury trial and has been trying cases ever since.
